There were three names on the shortlist but our designer recommended Eco-Rating. We were surprised at the depth we had to go into to get the certificate – sourcing of timber, rainwater tank, and so on. But Andrew was easy to get on with and kept on top of our case. If he wasn’t there when we phoned he always returned our calls quite quickly.
